Jiliv offers two distinct features — Live Scores / Statistics and Live Streaming।

To view live scores: Go to the "Live" section from the main menu. There you'll find real-time scores, wickets, run rates, and ball-by-ball updates for all ongoing matches. No login required to view this.

To watch live streaming: Streaming is available on selected events. To watch a stream, you must be logged in and have a positive account balance (minimum ৳100) — there is no separate charge just for watching. If you see the "▶ Live" icon on a match page, streaming is available for that event.

Keep live score notifications turned on in the mobile app to get automatic updates after every wicket or over.

No, at jiliv only one account per person is allowed — One Account Not permitted — even if you have two separate mobile devices. This is a strict jiliv policy.

To detect multiple accounts belonging to the same person, jiliv checks device fingerprints, IP addresses, phone numbers, and ID document details. If two accounts are found, both are permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

Multiple accounts are typically created to claim bonuses more than once — this is considered fraud. If you're having any issues with your current account, please don't open a new one; instead, contact us directly Help Centerfor a resolution.

Jiliv offers two separate options — a temporary break and permanent closure.

Temporary Break (Cooling-Off / Self-Exclusion): This is part of our responsible gaming toolkit. Log in and go to "Settings → Responsible Gaming". From there, you can deactivate your account for anywhere from 1 day up to 6 months or longer. During this period, login, deposits, and betting will be completely disabled, and no promotional messages will be sent.

Yes, jiliv has its own dedicated mobile app, available for both Android and iOS.

To download on Android: jiliv may not be available directly on the Google Play Store due to local gaming policies. In that case, download the APK file from the jiliv website. Before downloading, go to your phone's settings and enable "Install from Unknown Sources" (Settings → Security → Unknown Sources). Once the APK is downloaded, tap the file to install — the whole process takes under 2 minutes.
